Vermont’s Vacation Rental Association

Maximizing the community benefits of short-term rentals (STR) requires statewide coordination among responsible hosts, the local tourism industry, and government leadership.

The Vermont Short Term Rental Alliance (VTSTRA) works to accelerate the adoption of professional standards and reasonable regulations to ensure a vibrant and community-centric vacation rental economy in Vermont.
